Concrete pump truck operation tutorial

More and more widely used in infrastructure construction, as an efficient construction machinery product, it plays a very important role in ensuring project quality and improving construction efficiency. However, in the construction operation, we should also pay attention to the safe use of mixing pump trucks. Below, we will introduce the safe operation process and precautions of mixing pump trucks:

Operation process:

1. Parking at the work site
Drive the pump car to the work area, pull the handbrake to shift the gear to neutral and turn off; Get off and observe whether the pump truck is located on a solid ground, and try to stop the pump truck within the working range of the pump boom.

2, observe the terrain and change the working state of the engine
After observing the terrain, switch the running switch on the operation panel of the electric control box to the pumping position, start the chassis engine, and put the chassis gear into 6 gear. Check whether the emergency stop switch is turned on (the equipment is designed to have 5 emergency stop switches, that is, A, mixing machine box; B. Transfer position between leg and boom; C, main electric control box; D, pump car wireless remote control; E, mixer wired remote control). If any of the emergency stop switch is closed, the operation will not have any action, please check whether the above five emergency stop buttons are opened.

3, Stretch legs
Switch the boom leg switch to the leg position and unfold the six pump legs in turn. When expanding the leg, it should be noted that the underside of the leg should be padded with wood, and the supporting plate or auxiliary square must be used to increase the surface area of the support and maintain the balance of the vehicle.

4, Extend the arm
Switch the boom leg transfer switch to the boom position and extend the big arm.

5. Support the mixer
Pull out the mixer positioning pin, push the mixer to the working position, and insert the positioning pin. Lower the upper hopper and lower slide and connect the fixing bolts. Note: The glide path should be in contact with the ground and kept under force. Overhanging may cause deformation of the slide.

6, Start the generator
Check whether the generator set air switch is off. If starting with load, or affecting generator degaussing. Adjust the throttle to the generator set instrument display voltage 400V,50HZ is normal state.

7, The pumping work starts
1, mortar: 1 forklift sand 4 packages of cement mixed evenly into the pump truck hopper waiting; 2, mixing concrete; 3, start pumping mortar, and then put the mixed concrete into the hopper to continuously pump to avoid pipe blocking.

8. Cleaning work:
1. Clean the mixer;
2, open the pump hopper discharge door, clean the concrete in the hopper;
3. Open the mixer discharge door and flush the hopper;
4. Open the observation port on the first 180 elbow of the discharge port, insert the sponge ball and close the observation port;
5, the pump truck hopper filled with water, start the pump to pump the sponge ball out of the pipeline;
6. Open the hopper discharge door, stand the boom vertically, swing the S-tube to the middle position, and discharge the water in the pipe.

9. Turn off the generator set:
1, disconnect the air switch;
2. Turn off the generator set after the engine speed of the generator set is reduced to low speed for 30 seconds.

10. Finish the car:
1, the mixer received the driving state, insert the positioning pin;
2, the boom;
3. Break legs. Set the chassis gear to neutral and switch the running state.
