Rules for the safe use of pump trucks

(A) concrete pump truck in the driving safety precautions

     (1) The person driving the pump must hold the corresponding qualification driver's license issued by the relevant department, and should comply with road traffic safety regulations. When the vehicle is driving, the load, length, width and height shall not exceed the indicators stipulated in the Road Traffic Law, and sufficient space and distance must be ensured when crossing the underpass, bridge, tunnel or high-altitude pipeline or high-altitude cable. As the pump operator, we should also master the structural characteristics of the equipment, understand the vertical height, weight, length, width and height of the pump boom, and pay attention to it during use.
     (2) The center of gravity of the concrete pump truck is relatively high, and it is necessary to slow down when turning to prevent tipping. The driving speed does not exceed the speed of the pump car in the technical data 85km/h.

(B) Safety precautions for pump truck application

    1, the pump operator must be professionally trained, and obtain the safety and quality supervision department issued a license, and must hold a certificate.

    2, the operator must wear a safety helmet, the correct use of labor protection products, and comply with various safety regulations.

    3, the pump truck can only be used for the pumping of concrete, and any other purpose (such as lifting heavy objects) is prohibited.

    4. Do not disassemble any protective device on the device.

    5, it is strictly prohibited to change the shape and system of the pump car. This includes changing the safety pressure, operating speed setting, switching to a large-diameter delivery pipe or increasing the wall thickness of the delivery pipe, changing the control program or line, and replacing the boom and leg of the pump truck.

    6, before starting, driving, after the vehicle must carry out the necessary routine inspection, according to the "maintenance manual" regularly to pump the mechanical, electrical, hydraulic system for a comprehensive inspection, and do a good job of inspection records, to endanger the safety of the hidden dangers must be eliminated in time.

(C) Safety precautions for supporting legs
    1, all legs should be deployed in place, and ensure that the leg support is reliable, otherwise there is a risk of tipping. Do not stand within the telescopic range of the leg to avoid clamping injuries.
    2. Before supporting legs, it is necessary to confirm the bearing capacity of the foundation. If the pressure of the legs is greater than the pressure of the ground, the supporting plate or auxiliary square wood strip must be added at the bottom of the legs. The auxiliary square wood bar is generally not less than three, the total width is generally not less than 0.6m, the length is not less than 1.2m.
    3, the leg support ground must be level, can not be supported in the hole and pit, slope, the bottom of the leg and the edge of the ground to maintain a safe distance, according to the ground density, the distance from the edge of the pit is generally not less than 2 meters, and not less than the depth of the pit.
    4, after the support leg, the body must be level, tilt in any direction shall not exceed 3°.
    5, the factors that reduce the stability of the boom immediately close, eliminate and re-support in accordance with the requirements.
    6, the night construction need to play the leg warning light to prevent other vehicles from colliding.

Routine maintenance

1. Check items before departure
    The boom, slide valve and support leg should be fully withdrawn and locked; The working light and signal device work properly; Sufficient fuel oil, grease and washing water; Enough hydraulic oil, no oil leakage in each part; All kinds of piping, tools, appliances and accessories should be complete.

2. Inspection cycle of main components

     Daily check the appearance of damage deformation, exposed parts loose, operation and performance changes, leakage of oil, hose damage, lubrication point lack of lubrication grease, car driving unsafe factors; Monthly (or pump concrete 2000 m³) check the damage of the slide valve, the wear of the transmission pipe, the reduction of hydraulic oil, the forced lubrication of the lubrication point, and the routine maintenance of the car part; Half a year (or pump concrete 12000m³) check the slide valve shell, conveying cylinder damage, electrical components, hydraulic oil deterioration, boom damage, car part routine maintenance.

3, the transmission pipe repair is divided into four situations as follows:

1.  a set of simple fixture can be replaced by a vice, and then prepare a steel pipe with an outer diameter and the inner diameter of the pipe close to (slightly less than), and the end of the steel pipe is processed into a bullet shape, so that you only need to heat the dented place and correct the circle with the steel pipe.
2. Local wear generally only repair the bend, because under normal circumstances, when a part of the straight pipe wears through, the rest of the parts are also close to the wear limit, no repair value, and the bend is generally worn out first. The repair method is to cut off a moderate size of the scrap pipe, and grind the damaged part and the piece with the grinder, and select the welding rod suitable for the pipe. Attention should be paid to the curvature of the repair.
3. The tube hoop can be cut off on the waste pipe, and the length of the conveyor pipe with the tube hoop should be 45 ~ 55 mm, and the welding part can be polished with the grinder, and the appropriate welding rod can be selected for welding.
4. Straight (bent) pipes with wear limit holes are generally no longer repaired after leakage of slurry in the holes, if you want to repair and use, the external nozzle tail with low pressure can be used. In fact, the general repair of the conveyor pipe are used outside the nozzle tail, prohibited from being used in the boom.
