1. Concrete pump truck cutting ring and glasses plate
The cutting ring and the glasses plate are a pair of tightly fitted, relative moving parts, the contact surface of both are welded with a layer of wear-resistant material, through the special shape nut at the end of the spline shaft of the S-shaped tube, the gap between the two can be adjusted to (0.1 ~ 0.2)mm. A rubber spring is installed between the S-shaped tube and the cutting ring, so that the cutting ring and the glasses plate can be flexible and free relative movement.
With the extension of use time, the rubber spring loses its elasticity, and the joint surface of the cutting ring and the glasses plate will be worn, resulting in an increase in the gap between the two. When the gap is > 0.7mm, it needs to be adjusted immediately, otherwise the pumped mortar will enter by "gap". Once the mortar enters the friction surface, the wear rate of the cutting ring and the glasses plate will be greatly accelerated.


2. Piston and cylinder of concrete pump truck
The piston is generally made of polyurethane material, elastic and wear-resistant, and the inner wall of the conveying cylinder is also plated with wear-resistant materials. There are generally two ways of lubrication between the piston and the conveying cylinder: one is automatic refueling lubrication, each pump once, the refueling system automatically adds a lubricating oil; The other is the manual refueling system, which requires manual refueling on a regular basis. For the automatic refueling system, it is necessary to regularly check whether the oil circuit is smooth, otherwise once the oil circuit is blocked, the piston and the conveying cylinder will be sharply worn; For the manual refueling system, the operator should replenish the lubricating oil regularly according to the different working environment, usually once every hour.
Remember: When refueling, be sure to move the piston to the lower part of the vertical refueling point, so that the lubricating oil just enters the oil groove in the center of the piston.


3. Concrete pump truck conveying pipeline
When taking over, be sure to pick up from the pump outlet, that is, from the front to the back, must not first connect the two ends, and then connect the middle.
Incorrect connection, there will be "internal force" between the pipelines, pumping is easy to cause the pipeline to break from the joint. After the pipeline is connected, the outlet of the pump, the bend and the suspension of the pipeline should be fixed firmly to prevent the pipeline from moving and damaging the pipeline.
Because the closer to the pump, the higher the pressure of the concrete in the pipe, the new pipe with a thick wall should be used at the pump outlet, and the old pipe with a thin wall should be used farther away from the pump, which can improve the service life of the pipe and reduce the possibility of pipe explosion.
For the bent pipe, the most serious wear is away from the pump side, it is advisable to turn the bent pipe around often to extend its service life.


4. Concrete pump car discharge port, conical pipe, distribution valve
For the discharge port, conical tube, distribution valve and other wearing parts, once the wear layer is found to be worn off, it can still be used for a period of time with D507 electrode surfacing.
